Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://www.clearercopy.com website operated by Clearer Copy (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.


If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, billing address, domain name, email address and payment details.

Conditions of Sale

Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order with Clearer Copy. By placing an order with Clearer Copy, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.


Your order is an offer to Clearer Copy to buy the product(s) or service(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product or service from Clearer Copy, we will send you a message confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the “Order Confirmation”). The Order Confirmation is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and confirms our acceptance to provide the product or service offered. Your contract is with Clearer Copy. Without affecting your right of cancellation set out in section 2 below, you can cancel your order for a product or service for a full refund up to 24 hours after the purchase is made.*


You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 24 hours from the time of purchase for a full refund. You must inform us of your decision to cancel your order via the contact us form on our website or via email to info[at]clearercopy.com. A full refund will be issued and a confirmation email sent to the email address that you provide to us.

If you opt to cancel your order more than 24 hours after your order is placed then our policy is not to issue a refund unless we deem the reason for your cancellation to be a fault on our part. All cases are judged on individual merit and a partial or full refund may be given, however please note that we reserve the right to refuse any refund if the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours after the order was placed.


We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods or services purchased no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the above communication. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest*.

Note that you must send back the goods by following the instructions available on our delivery invoice no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning these goods. You may be liable if the value of the goods returned diminishes due to the handling of the goods (except when it was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods)*.


All prices are inclusive of legally applicable VAT.

We list availability information for products sold by us on the website including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if any products you order turn out to be unavailable and you will not be charged for those products.*

Please note that unless otherwise stated on the website, delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.

Delivery of services:

By placing an order for a website review you agree that we have up to 31 days in which to fulfil the order. A partial refund of 50% of the cost of the order will be made should the order take longer than 31 days to fulfil. Please note that this refund is at our discretion and we reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time. All refunds, both partial and full are at our complete discretion.

We will review the first 10 pages that we find on the website address that you provide us with, unless you specify the pages that you wish to have reviewed and/or any additional pages.


How we protect your payment details:

  • We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
  • We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
  • We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage and disclosure of personally identifiable customer information.

Our payment processor and alternative methods of payment:

  • All payments made directly through our website are through Stripe. (stripe.com) SSL software encrypts the information that you provide us with when you place an order.

Security Breaches:

  • Our SSL software is regularly maintained and updated to minimise the risk of a security breach to our systems. However, in the unlikely event of a breach to our systems, you agree that by placing an order with us, you are accepting that we will not be held liable for any subsequent losses you may incur as a result of any breach to our systems or that of our software providers.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Clearer Copy. Clearer Copy has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Clearer Copy shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a
revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
